Property Investment in England
We operate as a small landlord through a limited company (SPV, SIC 68209)
On this website we present our portfolio of UK properties for rent, following our
experience on the Polish market where we built a portfolio of six rental apartments.
In addition, we run a blog about setting up companies in England and share our
own views on investing.
Burton Crescent Ltd Company No. 16748751 is a newly created ( 2025 ) UK property company
with a clear mission: to assemble a strong portfolio of residential homes designed for
long-term rental income. Although the business is still at an early stage,
its investment strategy is already firmly defined โ the firm intends to concentrate
on cost-efficient, high-yield rental houses located across the northern regions of England,
particularly in the broadly defined areas around Liverpool, Manchester, Leeds, and Sheffield.
The company is planning to acquire single-let properties in major cities and growing towns such as Leeds, Doncaster, Barnsley, Wakefield, Sheffield, and Liverpool. Beyond the key urban centres, Burton Crescent Ltd is also exploring smaller towns situated along the corridor between Leeds and Liverpool โ including places like Bradford, Halifax, Huddersfield, Oldham, Rochdale, Wigan, Bolton, and St Helens. These locations collectively form an attractive investment belt known for strong tenant demand, competitive entry prices, and consistent rental performance. Compared with the southern part of the country, Northern England generally offers significantly better rental yields, more affordable housing stock, and stronger potential for long-term capital appreciation. This combination makes the region particularly appealing to investors looking for sustainable growth.
Northern England continues to distinguish itself as one of the most promising property markets in the UK. Large-scale regeneration schemes, expanding employment centres, and ongoing infrastructure improvements enhance the desirability of the region for both renters and property owners. Metropolitan hubs such as Leeds, Liverpool, and Sheffield attract students, professionals, and families, while mid-sized towns like Doncaster, Barnsley, Halifax, and Wigan offer some of the most budget-friendly yet high-demand rental opportunities in the country. This blend of affordability, population growth, and regional development makes the North an ideal environment for companies like Burton Crescent Ltd, whose core strategy revolves around building a stable, long-term rental portfolio supported by reliable tenant markets.
